Elegant Friday Harbor lodging on beautiful San Juan Island

About the Grounds

Wildwood Manor rests on a knoll overlooking the San Juan Channel. Our eleven acres feature beautiful gardens, an expansive lawn, untouched forest and plenty of space to simply unwind. Guests can stroll along our wooded walking paths, enjoying the fresh scent of the Douglas firs and the striking appearance of the madrona trees. Or simply lounge in the gardens, enjoying the view of the water and snow-covered Canadian mountains.

In the mornings and evenings we are joined by our resident deer, who provide a gentle and picturesque addition to our natural setting. We feed the deer twice a day, and guests can watch as they dine on a mix of corn, oats and barley.

Our deer are just some of the wildlife with which we share our property. Along the grounds you may also spot a bald eagle, red fox, and a multitude of native birds, all of which call Wildwood home.

Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or simply a chance to relax, renew and restore yourself, Wildwood Manor provides the perfect setting for a retreat surrounded by nature. Experience the natural beauty of the San Juan Islands right on our grounds.
